5. MONTHLY PRIZES. During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will award a total of two hundred and thirty (230) monthly prizes based on the judging criteria set forth below. Limit one (1) monthly prize per entrant, per 6 month period. Entries into a monthly drawing do not carry over to any subsequent monthly drawing. To be entered into a monthly drawing, entrants must earn points during the applicable Monthly Prize Period.

a. JUDGING CRITERIA. Sponsor will award thirty (30) monthly contest prizes, monthly contest prize is:

· Thirty (30) members will be awarded a Chef Chu's Cookbook: Celebrating Your Place at Our Table. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $30.00

At the end of each Monthly Prize Period, all eligible entries submitted into the Kikkoman Soy Sauce Tips Challenge during the Prize Period will be reviewed by a panel of qualified judges appointed by Sponsor. The judges will apply the following criteria, weighted as indicated: originality (25%), creativity (25%) and expression of the "Soy Sauce Tips" contest theme (50%). The top three (3) Members with the highest scores will each be awarded a Chef Chu's Cookbook. ARV of each Prize: $30.00. In the event of a tie between Members, the winning entry will be the entry among the tied entries that received the highest score in the "Soy Sauce Tip" contest theme category.

b. RANDOM DRAWS. Sponsor will award two hundred (200)total monthly sweepstakes prizes, monthly sweepstakes prizes is:

At the end of each Monthly Prize Period, Sponsor will randomly select fifty (50) winners from all entries submitted during the Monthly Prize Period. Each recruit added during the Promotion Period will be deemed an eligible entry. All recruits subject to verification. Entries into a Promotion Period drawing do not carry over to any other Monthly Prize Period drawing.

c. REWARDS FOR EARNING X POINTS. Sponsor will award prizes to entrants who reach designated point thresholds during the applicable promotion period. Subject to verification by Sponsor of eligibility and the validity of points earned via the designated Qualifying Activity. Prize for each threshold reached is.

6. PRIZE NOTIFICATION; AFFIDAVITS; TAXES . Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail, or email. By entering, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor [or Administrator] by cell phone or email. Each potential winner may be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of the date of receipt, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, and a W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) (an "Affidavit") in order to claim his/her prize.
